My Role: Presentation Design, Layout Design, Brand Systems

The Product Operations deck and accompanying workbook were redesigned to align with Pragmatic Institute's current brand standards, refreshing typography, color, and layout while preserving the original content structure.

 
 

Discovery

Both materials had fallen out of step with the visual identity and needed a full refresh. The deck is used for eight-hour in-person instructor-led certification sessions, so clarity and consistency across a high slide count were the priority. The workbook serves as supplementary material for the same course, so visual cohesion between the two was equally important.

 
 

Execution

Working from the brand guide, I updated both pieces while making judgment calls on information hierarchy where needed. The deck was updated in PowerPoint to match the format used for live sessions, while the workbook was redesigned in InDesign as an interactive PDF, giving participants the flexibility to complete it digitally or in print. The final versions were reviewed and approved by the instructional designer and the course instructor before sign-off.
